By accessing or using the CognIQ platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

CognIQ provides AI-adaptive IQ tests for educational and self-discovery purposes. IQ scores obtained on this platform are estimates and should not be used as medical, psychological, or educational diagnoses. The platform is currently free; premium features may be introduced in the future.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CognIQ. Users under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

The following are prohibited: (a) Sharing test questions or answers; (b) Using automated tools, bots, or scripts; (c) Creating multiple accounts to manipulate scores; (d) Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems; (e) Using the platform for illegal purposes. Violations may result in permanent IP bans.

Users own their personal scores and results. CognIQ owns the questions, algorithms, platform, and aggregated anonymized data. By using the platform, you grant CognIQ an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use anonymized test data for research and AI improvement purposes.

CognIQ makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of IQ scores. The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on test results. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (currently $0, as the service is free).

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved in Romanian courts.
